Real Estate, Real Property and Leased Land

Delaware and other original British colonies leased some land rather than being owned by the inhabitants of the land. Much of this is not obvious to casual observers.
The land on Lewis Beach is rented, not owned by the owner. The land of Lewis Beach is owned by the city of Lewis. The land of Rehoboth by the Sea and Dewey Beach also includes leased land. Most leases on the premises will not be renewed, but will be returned to the owner, who will at the expense of removing the house above the parcel. Much of the land on Riverdale in Indian River Bay, adjacent to Oak Orchard, is also rented. In Riverdale, the leased land is owned by Nanticork Indian Chief Clark.
About half of the residents of Sussex County live on leased land. Most of the leased land is in what people call parks and mobile homes. However, in these communities, truly mobile homes are rare, and some rentals in the community even have two-story log homes. Condominiums and townhouses may also be on rent. Our realtors and lawyers use the term simple rates to describe land sold as real estate. It’s real estate. We use the term leasehold or interest to describe land that is not transferred as real estate.
This fairly long text refers to rented land, real estate, private property, furniture, garages, rented homes, and legal treatises to define, explain, and determine differences. Terminology is important when we talk about real estate, or real estate.
The Black’s Law Dictionary is the definitive and recognized source of legal definition under US law. Derived from English law

Property: In a strict legal sense, a set of rights guaranteed and protected by the government. BL6, p. 1216
Personality: Movables; Movables; Movables; Real estate that is not linked to real estate. BL6, p. 1144

Property: (Movable)-In a broad and general sense, anything that is subject to ownership and not the name of the property. Less rights or interests than property rights to real estate, or rights or interests to real estate. BL6, p. 1217

Therefore, movable property is something that can be easily removed from real estate, not real estate. Movables include crops, trees, shrubs, trailers, barns, cars, garages, manufactured houses with the title of Automobile Bureau instead of certificates, and the contents of houses or buildings. In homes and businesses, personal property includes curtains, lights, rugs (uninstalled rugs), free-standing cabinets and cabinets, furniture, and cabinets, drawers, and all the contents of the building. Buildings without foundations, that is, huts that are supported solely by blocks, are movables, that is, private property, not part of real estate. This movable property includes kennels, especially small warehouses that occur frequently outside the home today.
Country: In the most general sense, it is made up of any terrain, land, or land … Black Law Dictionary 6th Edition (BL6), p. 877

Private property: Protects against public use. This is a property that belongs to an individual and he has the exclusive right to dispose of. Property of a certain fixed tangible nature that can be owned and transferred to another property, such as a house, land, or personal property. BL6, p. 1217. Private property is the property of land, houses and individuals. Private property is protected from diversion for public use. Private property is the entire property.
PROPERTIES, which is synonymous with real estate, “and p.1218 PROPERTIES … is a general term for land, rental housing, and inherited property (heritage), and is inherited by heirs when the owner of the intestine dies.” BL6, p1263

Heritage: The degree, quantity, nature, and degree of interest an individual has in real and personal assets. Ownership of land, homes and real estate means that the tenant is interested in it. BL6, p.547 All definitions here refer to real estate = real estate = real estate = land, housing, inheritance. At first you might think that real estate is the right term for all land. However, it does not confirm the form of ownership as clearly as the definition of inheritance. We only had a good example of this when the children inherited the thousands of lands under the thousands of homes in the Longneck area owned by the Angola, Potnet and Robert Tunnel families. ..
There are many landowners in our area, who are the property of the landowners, not the owners of the homes located on the land. If you are looking at the definition of ESTATE, it is
